Shirley Cochran from Motherly Intercession was our speaker this morning. She describes her passion the non-profit she founded as tenacious. Detailed information about the organization can be found at their website

Motherly Intercession is an after-school tutorial program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The children are always given a well balanced meal prior to starting homework.

Shirley’s goal is quality over quantity. She would rather do a great job mentoring a smaller number of children. Statistics about the number of children that have been help can be found on their website. Click here Invitation Letter to see the invitation to their November 1st event.
